    We always get the warranty from Best Buy. We habe used it several times and it is always easy to Gerry something repaired or replaced.

    We haven't had to use for our tv yet but use every year for our useless frigidaire refrigerator ice maker! Sad when its 3 years old!

    Takes about 15 seconds to turn on. Sometimes when turned off, picture disappears but screen and tv stay in. Still waiting for almost a year fir geek squad to install it as promised when I bought it!! Sent 3 emails so far...

    We love this protection plan. We had it on our rca tv and the plan had to replace it with another tv free of charge. I got it again for our new tv.
