I have at times been disappointed by Geek Squad insurance but at others I've been very glad I had it. I almost always buy it and live in hope that I'll either not need it or that it will be helpful if I do.

My experience with Geek Squad has always been good. I hope I won’t need the for my new TV.

It is so worth it to get the protection plan because if something breaks you just take it back and get a new one for free.

I purchased this protection plan for my 40' inch TV. I know I won't have a problem if I ever decide to return it because I have done it before.

Have not had to use this yet . Hopefully I won't have to find out how this works

They obviously knew exactly what needed to be done and did it correctly.

the agents are always the best at what they do. tv's, service and questions always answered with a smile.

I mean, you buy a warranty in the hopes that you never have to use it, but if you do need it and don't have it; it's gonna be a bad time.

Best buy protection plan is great the guys came out here and set up my TV they were very professional

Haven’t used this plan yet but have had and used other plans before and they work as advertised

Makes me feel like I can bring this in and just get a new one. If not new of the same new of a different style. Makes the money go right toward the next best thing.

Never get tvs without thos. Always worth the price.

I always purchase geek squad. It's just easier to have someone that knows what they are doing on your team

This tv has great clarity and picture quality. The images seem so real it's like the people are right in the room with you! Great quality for the price.

I love to get Protection plans on my items they break Best Buy replaces them
