I had to use it so I was glad to have it. I just wasn’t happy that I had to go weeks without a computer but there was no option.

My youngest son used to work gor Bestbuy years ago and he always recommended the Geek Squad protection plan.

I recommend on any purchase over $500. We used this on our TV last month and they were great about replacing it.

I was under the impression that I get the replacement item..but they did not,they gave me a credit and really it’s not a full credit it’s like a minimal credit that you can use towards that Item,in my case it was a TV. I don’t know how the assessed value off the TV to the credit they offered me but I had a top up to get another TV... And by the way they Will ask you to bring the broken item or broken TV in my case And will keep it..Will probably fix it and sell it again on the open box items If it’s fixable

I always get the bestbuy service package. Its the only retailer I would buy it from, always hassle free.

The geek squad is the best squad around.. Hands down they come thru like the Cowboys on the 5 yard line...

It is good to get protection on your products, because you never know when you are going to need them.

The Geek Squad is a credit to their name. The readiest to get my items installed or put together in a timely manner

I got the extended warranty for the TV because the technology is still fairly new. We have not had to use the warranty yet, and hope we won't need to.

I always buy insurance for all my products, you just never know.
