Love geek squad. I had a ? About my TV and they were able to assist me

Purchased for an LG CX 65”. An absolute must for OLED tvs. Had to swap the tv out 3 times and each time was a breeze for the manufacture warranty. Have talked with geek squad multiple times and they assure if i have any future problems, it’ll be just the same.

Absolutely amazing customer service, very helpful and friendly.. they fixed all issues ive ever had with ease.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

Have not had to use this yet, but great to know its there.

Amazing warranty, i hope i never have to use it but I sat down and spoke to a rep at the store and they answered every question i could come up with. I wish i remembered the guy name but it gave me extra confidence that i made the right decision.

Any time of purchase big ticket items , I always purchase a warranty it’s better to be safe than sorry. You just never know when the device you purchased made malfunction. Things are just not built the same way

The 5 year garanty was honored and i got a new tv at no cost only paid for the 5 year garanty

The Geek Squad has always been very helpful with any and all my purchases and any issue that I have had. I definitely recommend them.

They have never let me down! My TV that was less than a year old broke down and I sent it in to get repaired, when it couldn't be repaired they offered to replace it with a newer model or a gift card for the amount I paid for it. I opted for the gift card and was able to purchase a larger TV and only paid the difference! Always happy with them!

Very professional kind and helpful. They are sure the tv was working perfectly fine and they were very careful as to how they handle the tv.when removing from the box and placing into my wall unit. They help with the connection swell. thank you Best buy gerk

A must buy. Never had an issue with Geek Squad, any issues was resolved with a replacement.

Considering the probability of damage to a consumer device in a 5 year period, I believe this to be a great value. I would definitely recommend!

Just bought a 58" Vizio 4K Smart TV, and added this 5 year extended IN-HOME service warranty, for $99.00. We have Geek Squad Protection on ALL our Best Buy products.... laptops, tv's, cameras, etc. Haven't used any of the warranties, yet, but they are in place, if necessary. For a $500.00 tv, that's only $20.00 per year..... pretty cheap "insurance", huh?!
