Always purchase the warranty for the big ticket items. When I've needed it, it's been worth the price.

Awsome service for those who does not take good care of computers. However, sometimes the waiting once you drop you device it can take some time for them to have it ready.

Do not buy this service or at best buy, period. When you try to return your TV that had a display failure 30 days after purchase, they will send you home woth the non-functioning TV and tell you to call a 1800 # that is unable to schedule your "service" in the next 2 weeks. But you cant return it... good thing i paid for the exended warranty. You can only return a product to the store for 15 days after purchase. They would rather pay a Geek Squad to drive 1 hour plus roynd trip to try and repair a $250 tv rather than exchange it in store and send the tv(still under manufacturers warranty) to repair. Worst customer service I've had from any business in at least a decade. If i could give no starsor a negative star review I would.

Don’t normally do the geek squad but for a high risk item is it a must!

Always get the largest and longest warranty when purchasing anything of value.

Had some questions re my washer, dryer & TV that I purchased. The guys came out & took care of business.

Needed to make sure I had protection since the tv was for the game room. Cheaper that'll buying a new TV
