Don't want to have one component go south and leave your whole setup in a lurch, right? Your best bet is to just throw money at the protection plan for each item. Worst case scenario you'll never need it and curse this review for making you spend extra money, but in a pinch? You'll be grateful.

Usually recommend the protection plan that Best Buy offers..my last tv went wrong and Best Buy took care of it with no issues just be aware it doesn’t cover physical damage so if the screen cracks it voids the store protection plan

I all ways get the Geek Squad protection plan for all of my products! Because it never fails as soon as your factory warranty goes out something is going to break. And the Geek Squad plan has never failed to fix or replace the product!

The last Protection plan I purchased covered Geek Squad analyzing my tv after three years and decided it was unrepairable. I was able to get a full replacement. Geek Squad protection is worth the added cost.

The Geek Squad has done several great installations for our family. I.e. 5.1 Surround Sound System, large screen televisions etc.

I hope to not need this but am assured it will cover any damages by movers. It did NOT cover transportation of the TV from the store to my house.

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.
