I haven't used this service yet. I bought it in case my tv has problems and will be covered.

The geek squad warranty is is great. But I am ok with never using it.

Excellent insurance for a product. I go to them outside of product purchase too. Always quick, knowledgeable, professional and kind.

I have not needed with my TV but in the distant past used the Geek Squad for a lap top.

With this additional purchase added on to my TV, I can get protection kind of like an insurance just in case the TV has a short and its wiring or inexplicably doesn't work anymore before my two years time is up with it.

I hope i never have to use this but it is a nice feature to have. Figure it was better to have it in case. Replacing a new TV can get expensive

My Geek Squad Service purchase was the best purchase decision ever because when I needed installation assistance I called the Squad and they were at my home in less than an hour and done in less than an hour.

There is no better use for your money than that spent for a Geek Squad Protection Plan. Not only is it applicable for the equipment purchased but also for two other pieces within the same household WIFI. Thank you Geek Squad for looking out for my continued IT needs.

I purchased Geek Squad protection for peace of mind on my Best Buy purchases. Ive used it before, and it gives you your moneys worth for sure. Spend a little extra and get the coverage.

I had a Samsung 32” tv that died after 2 years. Such a disappointment. So I bought a 32” Toshiba smart tv and purchased the 5 year warranty at a reasonable price.

I usually get an extended warranty like this on TVs. I think the price that Bestbuy offers for them and I feel that the coverage makes it a great deal!

I always purchase the protection plan because returning an item is hassle free no matter what happens accidental damage or product failure. Simply walk in swap them out and be on your way.

With today's electronics I wouldn't even take a chance without this warranty.(2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection ) . If something goes wrong with your purchase during that time they will take care of it. I myself will get the extended warranty when it comes up.

They were able to diagnose the problem on the phone and able to come out to fix the problem in 2 days.

The agents installed and set-up my television with ease. Outstanding and profession in every sense. They were able to answer all my questions and set up was a breeze. Thank you for your exceptional and caring service.

I hope I don't have to use it, I'm happy with my product and I wouldn't like it to be damaged even if the insurance is good
