I purchase extended protection from BB on all major electronic purchases. With the declining quality in electronics recently it is definitely worth the cost to me.

I say it's it's a must have because you never know when your item wants to act up it can be the first week of the last day on your 5 year plan best buy will always fix it or just replace it then you get another 5 year plan on your new item again

Obviously we won't know til we have an issue but this is a service policy for whatever items we'd purchased... are covered!

The agents offered a warranty on a refurbished TV!

Everything has gone well with the services requested and for those that didn't work the first time a second technician was sent out to resolve the issue making me happy with the service.

It is a really good idea to always purchase the tv warranty just in case something happens to the tv

Product seems to be a pretty good value. I would appreciate a better way to document my purchase. It is sometimes difficult to retain the email with the details of the warranty. A printed off or electronic certificate would be easier to locate if needed.

It’s always better when you protect your devices, I feel safe.

I purchased a 65” smart LG TV and I have no problems. A issue did arise at first but all I did was go to the Best Buy store and they immediately resolved my problem.

Well worth the money. I’ve used them for my computer needs as well as I got free installation of the car stereo I bought because I had the membership. Well worth the money.

This is a great service for any product you purchase that you pay a lot for believe me when that 65 inch TV arrives you want to make sure it looks good mounted on that wall

We never get protection plans for any of our devices but we went ahead for one for my husband new tv. Since we do have 3 kids in the home so just to be on the safe side.
