When I purchased a new computer for myself, I also bought one for my mom, who lives 700 miles away. I purchased the geek squad access for our computers, and when my mom has needed some help, I don't have to try to talk her through it over the phone - she can take her computer to her local best buy!

So worth the money! Got a new TV comparable when the picture went dead on a model purchased two years ago. A. It difficult to cash in on during COVID and geek squad staff working remotely but in the end came away with a brand new TV!

Television works fine and I am satisfied with the performance.

While I wouldn't buy this for myself, it was worth it for peace of mind for my elderly in-laws

I’m glad to be able to get this 5-year warranty. My last tv only lasted about 5 years. The back lights went out. Better off buying a new tv.

Great graphics for The price. Its also nice how they have the quick pick options for a few apps on the remote

You can't go wrong with Geek Squad Protection on a device you expect to use and have for a long time. Every time I've had to use the Geek Squad Protection plan for an item that I got coverage on, the service has been great.

I always buy an extended protection warranty and Best Buy always honors it when warranted
