I ALWAYS PURCHASE THIS..... i highly recommend the warranty

I got this for my 55” vizio tv. ALWAYS get protection plans!!!!

Is what I expected for an extended warranty. Had TVs in past that had problems within 2 years.

They tell you everything, they have so much knowledge on things

My tv will not turn on or off with the remote. As I had purchased a 5 year extended warranty I called the geek squad. After 6 weeks of repeatedly calling them I have been told no one is going to come out to service it as I live 50 miles from their store and that they advise me to contact the manufacturer direct. Not what they told me when they sold me the extended warranty! Anyway that warranty is expired. I have talked to no less than 5 different people with the same result. They took my money and refuse to service my product! If you live in a rural area do not purchase a warranty from Best Buy! Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Hoping we will never have to use this but for the extra price it is worth having.

The protection plan is a no brainer for certain purchases. They are easy to use and fairly priced

5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection for tv it is important
