Just bought a new TV and just wanted a little more assurance.

We rarely purchase extra protection for our purchases but with the expense of the TV we bought, it was a good price to have a backup plan in case of failure.

Did not need to use protection since I purchased product. 3 stars due to not having used service, so average is all I can say up too this point. Until future use of protection on other items, will get a more accurate review.

Haven't needed to use it yet so not much to review.

They made it seem like this would protect your purchase from accidents when it only protects if your tv stops working because of manufacturing issues. I feel like they should state it clearly and I paid an extra 50 dollars for no reason.

I was given a brand new Fitbit Alta with no questions asked.

When buying the protection, I asked if it covered the screen and was told yes. What I wasn't told was it doesn't cover damage to the screen itself. I would not have gotten it knowing that. For tv protection, I would not recommend.

The price on the warranty was good compared to other places

Gave a 3 necause I just bought it. Hope I dont need it on a samsung product. Better safe then sorry when a tv is that much. Some people pay insurance on their phone monthly for more money.

What can I say best picture quality and size for a affordable price.

They came over to fix our brand new TV. They said it was fixed and the very next day the problem came back.

I brought the 2 year plan for my 55" Tashiba smart TV on 5-16 -2021 in store at Best Buy. Add the 2 year plan also, and ask "what do the 2 year plan cover" and the reply was "all damages" from the sales representatives. I had a accident fall trying to mount the Tv to tbe wall and damaged the scree. Call Best Buy and they told me the protection plan doesn't apply. Cancer the 2 year plan.

A NIGHTMARE! TV was shipped to me cracked - Best buy did not have any available for shipping so I drove the cracked TV 90 min each way to replace. I get home and get a email that someone cancelled my 5 year plan and replaced it with a 2 year. I have talked to over 10 people on the phone and have have them open two separate cases (whatever that means) and NO ONE can make that 2 year plan back into the 5 year plan I purchased. So FRUSTRATING to deal with, as no one can help and you can't talk to anyone above lever 1. Buy stuff form ANYWHERE else and save your self the frustration! Also love how the phone agents hand up on you when they like.

Never had to use it. Wouldn't ya know the TV crapped out right after the 2 year protection plan.

I purchased the extended warranty for peace of mind.
