    Warranty protection is a it’s have these days. Best Buy makes it all pretty easy when repairs are necessary

    Had issues with sound on new TV and Geek Squad came to the house and turned out to be settings on Directv so technician changed and then even showed me some neat features of the new TV didn't even know were there.
