I haven't had to use the extended warranty yet but I would give it a 4 out of 5 because of it's price. Here's to hoping I will never need to use it.

The plan was for a 5-year period. The plan didn't cost a lot and provided peace of mind. The TV out lasted the plan. It's too bad that Best Buy doen't have have a rebate option for plans not used.

Five years for this amount of money what a value and they cover everything. Thank you Best Buy

this is a great buy with nice easy to use touch screen computer for school
