The sales associate convinced me to go with a 2 year warranty and it makes me feel safer, if anything were to happen... I’m covered.

The plan is great to have just in case anything happens to the item that was purchased. This will allow the purchase to be replaced.

I started buying protection plans on all big purchases, and I've had to use it on a TV a few years ago. Nothing feels better than walking into the store, handing them a broken TV and walking out with a new one, no hassle.

Geek Squad service plan is the only way to go especially for setup and installation.

I bought a second Sony TV because quality and functionality is super. And easy programming and 4 K hd can't be beat. Pricing was also wonderful

So far I have not had to use the Geek Squad service because the products I bought are of great quality.

I guess life comes with plenty uncertainties but I’d say unless the product being bought is expensive and refurbished you could opt in. That’s what I did for the refurb Samsung tv I got.
