Horrible I do not want to speak to people from the middle east and allow them access to my sensitive information. will be trying to get my money back because I will not give my info out to these people.

Haven't used it yet so I don't know. Hopefully it will be worth it.

So much misinformation surrounding this warranty whether it be in-store or online agents I spoke with. In the end I prematurely used the warranty and they wouldn't offer a repair or a replacement so I was stuck with in store credit which is not ideal...

It's not often I can get a 4 year warranty for a minimal cost. In happy.

Not used yet, however this is as good a safety net as possible.

hey said they couldnt replace a damaged screen but failed to mention that when we first bought the plan. The lady who sold it to my mother lied to her face and said that it could cover everything. She took advantage of her and it was honestly disgusting.

hated my experience with geek squad protection. my tv arrived with tons of problems but they told me i had to go through the manufacturer who was no help. had a dead tv for a full year before the geek squad protection kicked in. i would never buy this service again.

I wasn't assisted . It appears as if everyone runs and hides when you look in there direction.

I bought this plan thinking it would cover physical damage. Come to find out it does not. I would have never bought it if I knew that.

I bought a computer monitor just over 1 year ago. I also bought a 4 yr protection plan. Well guess what, It does not cover a cracked screen. It covers everything but that. I was bringing it home from my other house because it was not working and some how accidentally the screen got cracked. 1st when I purchased the protection plan they never said that if the screen is cracked it is not covered. I didn't read the really fine print (maybe I should have). Even when I called Geek squad that the monitor was not working and also there was a crack, they never said it was not covered. They told me that all these protection plans you buy for your TV's and computer screens do not cover if the screen get cracked. A $450 monitor after just over 1 year old is trash. Lesson learned.

No, do not recommend you jump on this treadmill. The reason I will not buy appliances at Best Buy any more is exactly because of this. It, in the long run is much more expensive than just shopping around for deals and accepting something more on its merits when you find it, than on matching looks for your house. I wish that I never did this. If you are worried about buying a dud, well, 90% of what is for sale in the general market is made to be so. I do not regret buying a stove from Best Buy and not getting this too cover the bad burners, the broken convection, etc. I regret buying a Samsung appliance knowing they are not long-term reliable to begin with.

They don’t cover a thing. Wasted my money on protection plan to be told my monitor wasn’t covered

I wish the agents had for patience instead of rushing me.

The person told me I was going to be okay with the 4 year protection and that I should get it I was told if I put the monitor in my van and if something break or gets damaged it’s protected not so it’s a lie they don’t protect accidental damage

Sales staff brags about LG quality, BUT wants you to buy an extended warranty
