Good price Hope I don't have to use but the price is good

This is a products addition that will benefit when used.

This has to be the worse warranty ever but before Best Buy customers when it says the warranty covers everything watch out and don't bu8y it's 100 percent rip off If you haven't figured it out no more Best Buy for my family

not worth the electrons it is printed with I paid $40 for 4 years protection and replacement and they want to charge me $60 to ship it? RIP OFF by A RIP OFF COMPANY. NOW I HAVE TO TRASH THEM EVERYWHERE.

I often by the Geek Squad protection because they are easy to deal with. I wish tech was reliable enough to not need it but I've had to many things crap out after a short time so ...

I bought a 4 year warranty for a Samsung Odyssey G7. After 3 weeks, it started glitching so I asked for a refund. They told me they will return me in-credit the same amount of the monitor and the warranty was going to be canceled. Not only that, when I bought the same monitor, they said I need to pay 5 dollars, after I bought a warranty and they cancelled my warranty. And the monitor DIDN'T WORK EITHER. NEVER BUY A WARRANTY FOR BEST BUY. Oh, and also, they "recommended" me to buy a My Best Buy subscription for a refund, after I already bought a Warranty. What a scam, that should be illegal.

The agents were knowledgeable about the issue I was having, but they were a little slow and it was hard to communicate with them when I needed some information about my issue.

This is a waste of money and many of your reps do not know what it actually covers. I was told when I bought this package that it covered damage and normal warranty items. After the product was damaged, I was told online that my GSP covered accidental damage but when I tried to actually get it fixed or replaced, no one would touch the monitor. This is a rip off and you are just stealing from the customers.

So far i havent had the need to use it, but having this protection is a peace of mind that my product will be good for at least the next four years

Good to have, but not really sure the price equates out in the long run. Either way, I'd rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

I have the coverage. Its paid for, but I am unable to have the 'expired' dropdown box removed from my computers, and even the Geek Squad could not remove it. Bummer,

Has definitely served its purpose. Great budget friendly monitor.

I will say im a self taught tech. Teaching techs who are "certified " how to do there job. Cost is TERRIBLE!!! 280 usd to instal an SSD and windows??? It took me an hour to do myself. Teach your tech but ill never go to them with PC issues. Not worth the time or cost and you would wait WEEKS.

replaced monitor after owning it for 4 months and had issues but made me have to buy the protection again

Worth it I have a 1 year old so can’t be to careful

I haven’t used it yet, but it was an absolute nightmare when purchasing it in store for the item.

I like that it will be good for a new office setup
