Always worth the purchase. I have had 2 controllers with stick drift and 2 desktops have issues soon after purchasing. Had them replaced free of charged. Never buy a product without it.

Always get the insurance Best Buys has the best replacement warranty. Even at times when it's a bit pricy. A Laptop after 4 years needs a battery or a whole replacement because the way I use them the thermal paste wears out and overheats get a replacement.

4 years of protection for not a very high price, and it includes OLED burn in warranty. Pretty nice, I think.

I purchased the 4 year geek squad replacement plan to go with my new monitor. I had a string of bad luck with electronics, and monitors can have a tendency to develop dead pixels or backlight bleed over time, so having this plan gives me the peace of mind that I can get a replacement should something ever happen to my monitor.

4 yers of warranty for the price are perfect. Can’t review how’s it working since I didn’t needed to contact them as of today.

I love the geek squad because is not like others. If they can't fixed it, they give to you a new one.

I always recommend purchasing the geek squad warranty. The convenience of them coming out to your house instead of having to take your device to them is so convenient. No matter the item or price I always purchase extended warranty at Best Buy.

I bought a 24 inch LG monitor that was on sale. Although I have great confidence in all things made by LG, I did buy the 4 year extended warranty with some of the money saved on the purchase. I am pretty sure that I will not actually need to use the warranty.

Bestbuys protection plan is a must have. It has helped me to get a replacement product after the manufacturer warranty expired a few different times. The peace of mind know your product is protected no matter what is awesome.

Returned a monitor due to a bad pixel approx. two years after purchase & had no issues being made whole. Those who have had issues, I’d say you just had a bad experience/staff member.

Good extended warranty to protect the investment in a TV. All good - (better clarity of start date recommended; check out clerk indicated warranty starts next year following manufacturer's warranty; Geek Squad email and chat verified, though, it started at time of purchase. I am OK with that - clarity in sales suggested). :)

Always buy a protection plan for your electronics. You simply never know what might happen to them. Especially if the item is in the hundreds of dollars. Well worth it
