I had to use this to get rid of a computer I bought from Best Buy. It was awful. Having this was great. They took it back and gave me my $$ back. Worth it.

Have not had to use it yet hopefully won’t need to. Can’t give 5 stars because I haven’t needed to deal with it

Great experience every trip,, even better experience when it comes to protection plans and replacement, knowledgeable team and staff and on top of it all they treat you with respect.

Honestly one of the better replacement plans that any big name company offers, anything that covers electronics in todays world is good to me!

Everything I've purchased has the Geek Squad protection. It's another way of protecting your devices in case something naturally damages your product. Please take care of your items customers and the Geek Squad will take care of you! The store I purchase my items at are amazing!

You cannot beat the security blanket feeling of Geek Squad. Not only can you get your issue fixed immediately at a store (and get back to whatever you were doing immediately), but you also don’t have to deal with manufacturers or third party issues. Just straight to Best Buy and they handle it all.

As a rule of thumb - if you need it, pay the extra bit to get it replaced if in case it breaks down.
