    Whenever I make a large purchase at Best Buy, I make sure to buy the extended warranty. You would be wise to do the same!

    Bought a monitor, open boxed. Took it home to realize that the screen was cracked. They replaced the monitor.

    I haven't had to use this warranty yet but I have it just in case something goes wrong. I've had other geek squad warranties and never had any problems so I don't expect any with this one. It's always better to be safe than sorry.
