You cannot adjust the screen so I wouldn’t recommend

Worse geek squad product and worse refund ever i bought a monitor for $348 dollars and got $298 dollars I'm a very unhappy customers i can't find the best monitor i want know im going to never recommend this geek squad stuff to anyone! IM DONE!!

They don’t cover a thing. Wasted my money on protection plan to be told my monitor wasn’t covered

I was not happy with this protection plan. When I purchased it I was told it covered the monitor fully. The monitor was dropped and when I bought it in I found out it wasn't covered.

I paid $30 for my gaming monitor for insurance and before it was ALREADY BROKEN WHEN I GOT IT DELIVERED, I was only refunded for the monitor and not my protection plan. Why was this not covered by the basic return policy?!?

I'm having difficulty filing a claim on a damaged product.

This plan should be more specific and state that THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE. It would help customers before making the purchase.

Did not need two bills for something I never consented. Too much pressure on elderly citizens! @ 86 and NOT WELL! Poor because of the threats of taking my money without my permission. Tell them to grow up and smell the flowers.

Don’t buy it, it is useless, many credit card have insurance already and it is not that easy for a device to break

Bought the protection plan for my monitor just for Best Buy to say that my protection plan doesn't cover accidental damage so now I have to do everything on my own :))

Accidental protection does not apply. Purchased this for my daughter's monitor and computer. Six months later her monitor got a crack in it and they said the coverage didn't apply only for manufacturing issues. Pretty sure accident protection is for exactly that: accidents. Never buying protection through Best Buy again as it was not worth the money spent.

I was charged for something that I already paid for. All computer repairs were covered under Apple Care and I should not have been charged $99 by the Geek Squad. I even called Apple and they confirmed that I need to fight to have the charges disputed. Unfortunately, because they didn't authorize the charge, they aren't able to refund it. So, guess I have to go back to BestBuy

Agent was rude and cut me off. Bought replacement insurance yet it doesn’t replace monitor.

Absolutely no help whatsoever. If something goes wrong I hope the brand you bought has good customer service or even cares.

Not worth it! Really useless! They weren’t able to do anything about my 49” monitor! Very very bad!

When I received the monitor it was damaged I then returned it for a refund which was dec 29 they said to give them ten days it’s now Jan 16 and I still haven’t got a refund

Great service as always but the manager with the blonde hair in hammond louisiana was very disrespectful

Dont use this they dont replace or fix your product they gove you credit and take your mointer fix it and sell it for higher price and your stuck with nothing to do

One of the cheaper extended warranties I've been offered in a while. If the sales price of the monitor would have been honored it would have REALLY been worth it.
