This was a great purchase. The video and audio works nicely amd is clear.

The agents from Best Buy installed my new treadmill with no issues. 4-year added Geek Squad protection included all parts and labor, no future worries at all. This added coverage plan is a great way to product your investment.

We have luckily not had to use our geek squad warranty on newer purchases but we were grateful we had it with our TV a few years ago. Our TV quit working and due to the extended warranty we were able to get a new TV at no cost to us. I always recommend it, especially on large purchases!

I have purchased this on all my devices I've purchased at Best Buy. I had to use my replacement on 2 I-pads in the past. Without having this the I-pads would have been a problem when they tore up shortly after they were purchased.

I always purchase the Geek Squad product replacement with any electronic device that I buy. You just never know when you might need it and I have in the past.

The monitor works great. I love the up/down feature as well as the tilt and turn. It can be used at any angle.

I bought it for the monitor 27 inches, so I bought two Motorola phones and the year I bought them they stopped working, if I had the warranty they replaced it and I would not have lost my phones, I do not want it to happen. new to my team so I better buy the warranty
