Any issues with my products the geek squad takes care of it!!

I always purchase Bestbuy’s gsp protection on my products. They’ve never let me down. It’s such a good thing to have just in case of an accident or simply normal wear in tear.

Always enjoy the geek squad service that they provide and get proper assistance when needed.

This is a total peace of mind for me in the event something goes wrong with my laptop. In the past I haven't purchased the warranty but when you need it and you don't have it, it is costly.

The service teams are knowledgeable, effective and thus far service has been outstanding in that they stay in contact regarding ETA and work is done swiftly and professionally.

I haven't needed to use this so far (thank God), & I've had my HTS for a little over a year now. I've had the Geek Squad protection on other electronics I've purchased & had to use it at one time or other, & I really liked the service.

I get Geek Squad on everthing. It's running fine, may never need the ins., but I'm covered if I do! Plus you can walk into a store, it's so easy. No shipping to worry about.

It was awesome having the extra coverage on my sound bar. The wireless speaker didn't wok out of the box. And I was able to walk in and switch it out in about 5 minutes. what a great service. will definitely be using for other big purchases.
