This coverage is for a Sony sound system. I have not had to use it yet but have faith it will be there if and when needed. I have had Geek squad for years on my computers and have been well pleased.

Paid a fair price for protection plan, have not had to use it yet but it’s nice knowing that my products are covered if something ever happens.

Best buy has a great warranty plan, very happy to have it.

Gives me great satisfaction knowing that everything is covered since it is in the game room with the kids. Can you imagine not having it for even a day? I would end up having to entertain the kids and they hate that.

Haven't had to use it, but glad to have it in case I do I usually don't buy them but in this case the price to replace the item it made sense to buy the warranty

I would never buy a major item without protection. It good to know that you can bring the item into the store with a no hassle return or repair.

I always purchase the Geek Squad Service on everything I buy electronic, it just makes sense. I would rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

I have learned to always add Geek protection for the unexpected.

If it goes on the fritz you take it to the store. If they can't fix it they replace it. That simple. No shipping it to New Jersey or somewhere else far, far away, on your dime. Very affordable. I'm impressed
