Great plan for a good length of time. Had to use about 6 months after purchase unfortunately.

They do a terrific job, but I think the price is too much for what little time the coverage is.

Bought it, like I do with all my Best Buy purchases but it’s too soon to review because I just purchased item 2 weeks ago. Hopefully I will not need it and if I do, I hope I do not have any issues. Couldn’t give it 5 stars yet because have not used it

Great protection plan for electronics. Would buy again

The protection plans offered by stores are usually not great and they will often try and get out of honoring warranties. This protection plan was a good price and I know speakers can blow out easily. I was assured I would get the upgraded model replaced free of charge in the event of malfunction which made me feel better as I purchased a discontinued item.

Got just in case something is wrong for my home theater better to be safe then sorry .

Geek Squad did a great job installing my TV mount on the wall.

we got the protection for that "just in case" wasn't to badly price for the peace of mind

Didn't use to install speaker system just warranties

Good price for a warranty. I haven't had to use it yet, but feel better knowing I have it.
