I like the protection plan. I was able to get a free remote control, since my Open Box purchase did not include one.

In this instance I had a defective sound bar. When I went to take it back in due to not working they didn't just replace my bar with a new one they tried to return it and make me by the bar again. I got it sorted out with the manager but make sure they do it right.

This warranty is a very quality product. I would recommend this product to anyone. Happy I purchased this item.
