Geek Squad Protection has always been Excellent for Us! I have made many purchases and buy the Geek Squad Protection for those items that benefit from the service with no regrets as the Piece of Mind alone makes it worth the cost and the Service Provided by and from Geek Squad has always been Over The Top!

All members of the Geek Squad that I have meet with were really polite, pleasant and very helpful. They also worked hard to set up my computer the way I wanted and needed, In addition, they worked with me to try various different items to make sure that I had the info that I needed. I was very happy with each person 3 different times !!

It's always nice to have a great support team that is knowledgeable and cares about the issues that I have with my item

For $69, you simply cannot ignore this 4-year protection plan. In reality, I really doubt I’ll ever need it for my ‘open box’ LG Sound Bar SC9S, but you just never know.

Sound is ok . Problem with blu tooth. Have it set up in bed room. If room was bigger there’d be a problem with sound carting

I always buy Best Buy Extended warranty for my expensive electronics. It always proves to be a good investment when needed. That's because, you can just take it into a Best Buy store and you're speaking directly with a Geek Squad member, not on hold waiting to speak to some person outside of the United States on the phone.

I love Geek Squad protection plan. I purchase one on everything I buy. Having 4 children in the home, it is a must have for us! Have used it many times when a product failed and have always went straight to the store with it and came home with the problem resolved, even when it was by fault of our own that the product was broken. In many cases, we came home with a newer upgraded product with no mailing or sending off or complicated paperwork u get with most stores.

I have not used this plan yet on my new system but I did use it on my old sound system which was bought brand new and quit working 2 days after it was hooked up brought it in to Geek Squad and it could not be replaced so they gave me my money back and I purchased a different brand which I am happy with!

Until now I have only paid the extra money once before on a PS3 I bought from Best buy for a 4yr in store replacement plan and the day before it expires the system crapped out on me and Best buy exchanged it for an even bigger storage system that was cheaper and with the spare money I even got a new game to go with it. So that proved worth the extra few bucks for that kinda coverage and replacements on your electronics these days.

Haven’t had to use my warranty yet but I choose Geeksquad warranty over anything

Very glad i purchased this protection plan i had a 55 inch tv that gave me some problems maybe a year after purchase i made 1 phone call n set up an appointment. The technician came out to my home resolved the problem and my tv has been working fine ever since. I couldn’t imagine having to lug that tv to a repair shop. Well worth the purchase

Worth it. You never know when your favorite electronic will need some attention. I recently returned to college online and needed to make sure my old laptop was ready to complete assignments. It ran slow and froze. With this protection I was able to have all of families latops worked on at no extra cost.

but i have to say this one is worth it. I had issues with my fridge twice and geek squad took care of everything with the local repair company. I never saw one bill. One thing about the replacement is you only get the amount of money you paid towards a new one its not a direct replacement.

For real though, if this thing breaks and y’all don’t honor the agreement I will cause such a big scene. You don’t even know. It will be like that scene in Step-Brothers where John C. Reilly and Will Ferrell are swinging bats and golf clubs. Man, I love that movie! I think that it’s actually on Netflix right now.
