they took care of my mom computer warranty and was willing to up grade her since they did not offer the same pc thank you

I have not had to use this to replace or repair anything. It may be good or bad. That is why i gave it 3 stars

Awesome sound system.. beter than bose. Only thing hard to connect to wifi

I am always skeptical when purchasing a " WARRENTY". Some just don't put out. But this one does! Thankfully I only had to use it twice, but it was super easy since I purchased this I will keep purchasing it!
