Feel good to know I have protection. Hence anything happens to my device. Things happen.

I usually have high regrads with the Geeksquad but I am only giving this a 3 star rating because of an incident that I feel has not been resolved. I purchased a soundbar and subwoofer. The serial number on the box, receipt and Geeksquad paperwork all matched but they did not match the serial number on the soundbar nor on the subwoofer. When I brought it to the attention of both the sales department and Geeksquad, I was not not to worry about it and they will honor the warranty and correct the serial numbers at the time of service. Since it is not corrected now, I'm leary they will honor a warranty for the product having different serial numbers than on the receipt. After all, who's to say I don't have 2 soundbars but only 1 warranty. Time will tell.

The 4 year protection is a must for all of your items in your house

I have a 4 year warranty for my Sharp 240w 5 disc CD player, radio, usb, cassette. I hope that I never have to use it. But, best to have coverage just in case. I recommend getting a warranty.

Excellent product love the sound and clarity only thing is that the optical cable is very sensitive

Have not had a chance to use the protection plan yet, as that I just purchased the tv. But I will give it a five star rating. Because I'm sure the warrenty will be just as good as the ones on are other products.

I did not need them yet but my sister-in-law has installed more modern equipment and they hooked everything up for her. When we visit her the sound system sounds amazing and she highly recommends us to use their services if needed.

i will not buy a electronic device without getting the Geek squad protection.. they always answer all my questions and if some thing happens to break down, its fixed OR replaced..no questions asked
