Geek Squad protection covers all of our products we purchased at Best Buy with no hassles of having an item serviced.

The agent told me about the protection plan and it was a no brainer for us since you never know how long things will last it was a easy decision

Purchased the protection just in case we needed support or needed to return sound bar. So far we haven’t had any issues and might never need it.

Bestbuy service plans are always excellent and very affordable. One can not afford not to get this coverage on all electronic purchases.

Positives: Let me start of by saying this product delivers great sound. Clear. Precise. No distortion. Great quality. Great looking design too Negatives: it had a connectivity issue with my TV. I connected through HDMI ARC connection. It kept turning my tv back on after I turned it off. Whether I used the Bose remote or the TV remote, it didn’t matter. It did the same to my Apple TV. It turned everything back on a second after I turned it off. This was the primary reason for returning the product. The software upgrade didn’t help either. The next thing that bothered me was that my TV had pretty decent sound and it didn’t upgrade the quality to a $700 level. I had bought just the sound bar. No other add-ons. My TV is a Sony XBR930. 55 in. If you don’t have any connectivity issues and if your tv sound isn’t all that great, this is a great product.

I think my purchase of the 4 year standard geek squad protection was a great investment in case of any problems I may face with my product in the future

Four years warranty for less than 10$/ year couldnt say no.

I’m so happy to get it his extended warranty because I don’t want to worry about the soundbar breaking
