Have multiple good experiences with geek squad in the past so I had to get it again when picking up a new computer monitor.

I always purchase the Geeksquad extended warranty. If you have any problems with your electronics they make replacement or repair very easy and with little to no inconvenience. It’s worth the extra money for peace of mind. Easy to find status when you are signed into your account.

Honestly hope nothing goes wrong with my protected product, but its peace of mind knowing that its covered for 4 years.

I purchase Geek Squad protection for large and expensive items, as you never know when electronics will cease to operate (usually after the manufacturer's warranty). This is a-lot easier than using the manufacturer's warranty. With this, take it to Best Buy and they will take care of you quick and easy.

Overall this is a great monitor, good size with a gentle curve, great HDR reproduction and color coverage and good brightness, build quality feels solid as well. Now for the negative, I've had mine for 2 weeks, and the backlight is starting to die, hence the 2 star review, therefore I cannot recommend this monitor to others at this point.

I do not usually buy replacement warranties, but after reading some of the reviews of my new monitor purchase, I decided to pick it up since it is for an office location. I do no expect any problems with the monitor, but it is good to know I can replace it if it fails in the next 4 years.

I bought this warranty for my 49 inch monitor. Monitor came with a 3 year warranty. But I thought it is better to buy BestBuy 4 year warranty. I did not want to take chances with my new monitor. I know BestBuy warranties are good and used them several times over the years.

In the store I was offered the Geek Squad insurance or protection plan. I hope I don't have to use it because the equipment is great. But in case of having them I just have to take the equipment and they fix it or give it another one. I hope so.

I love having peace of mind. Geek Squad replacement policy gives me that and then some. Had no issues with getting a replacement because one stupid button stopped working.

Geek Squad and Total Tech with Best Buy are a must have. I have had Geek Squad provide the following services: desktop/laptop setup, laptap "wiping", laptop key board replacement, Virus cleanup, and troubleshooting. You should not pass on the support packages.

I love it so much. Very satisfying and useful for both playing games and studying. You can open many documents as it is a big screen.

In October 2019, I purchased and had installed a Sony 55 inch Television to replace and 13 year old system. The two Geek Squad agents were very experienced and the install was very professional done. They answered any and of my questions and were both displayed very high standards.

Never got to use the replacement service but the best buy salesman said I could replace my $1000 monitor if it had a dead pixel for a brand new monitor no questions asked.. Now thats worth paying the extra $80-130 for the 4 year swap out your product no questions asked service :)

I received a defective monitor. It was an expensive buy. Bestbuy did send a replacement immediately. So i wasnt happy about the 1year warranty. So took this one as its real good for an sdditional 3yrs.

good, but does NOT cover physical damage for monitors and TV.
