I got his plan when I bought my phone, I like that it was offered to me when I bought it and how I can get my item back fully refurbished if my old one broke!

Extra protection for a large/expensive electronics purchase. Crossing my fingers to never have to use it but it is a nice thing to have just in case.

Before getting this, I bought a monitor that was on discount, in less than 2 days I saw it had some weird lines and even a shaking effect that activated some times. Went to BestBuy and they didn't hesitated to help me and get it replaced. After that experience I encourage everyone to put the extra money, that most times we spend on food, for a coverage of these items that today, tomorrow and even a week in they appear to be good, but what you'll do when the 15 days of BestBuy coverage go away and a malfunction appears? A month, or a year in you wish you paid some extra cash for this 4 years coverage when something happens to your electronic and its out of your hands repairing it. Think about it!

I didnt buy this service on a product was and really regretted it, now i buy it on every product that i cannot afford to replace! Best thing i ever did!

Obviously, this is an additional item I purchased Geek Squad service contract for. I wouldn't go without it. It is better than the manufacturer's warranty.
