The geek agents are reliable and perfect in what they installed in my apartment

Get a protection plan people, they will save you a ton of money.

Haven’t needed it (yet) but I’ve had to use it for other purchases and I love the Geek Squad!

Waited to decide if we wanted the protection but decided for the amount of money we invested to go ahead and purchase for peace of mind

We always make sure we have Geek Squad coverage on all large purchases we make. For sure all of our computers. We have always had friendly and knowledgable individuals help us with whatever we have going on. Highly recommend!

Good to have protection for expensive devices! Without insurance, repairs are expensive .

On electronics this is a very good protection plan. But there are hoops to go through if unit has to be replaced. Best Buy has always honored the extended warranty

We’re happy that the protection is now included in the Total Tech Program. If you don’t have Total Tech, then highly re o mend you purchase.

The agents mounted my tv to the wall and connected it to all my devices . On a separate issue the geek squad remotely helped me get my computer working again after it had a virus

Hey, anytime I'm buying an electronic setup I plan to hang onto for a few years I always tack on the protection plan. If one component goes, NBD! Get the Geeks to fix it or replace it, all without having to leave home.

I always purchase the protection plans offered - I have dealt with Geek Squad often being a Total Tech member. I have to say the Geek Squad staff at my local BestBuy are the best.

Love that they always give you the option for the geek squad. It’s so nice just to know if something goes wrong or I don’t understand they will be there to help me.

Always get the warranties on your big purchases from BB.
