I have learned that most of the time it is worth getting the protection. The price for the plan is well worth it. I have only had to ever use it a few times but it is easy and problems.

One of the things that I love about Best Buy is there Geek Squad Protection program. Anything breaks just return it and they give you a new one, no questions asked.

The drive up process made our warranty exchange pleasant. Then in a couple of days our new unit was delivered to our door. This was delightful for handicapped people! Then we were given a refund which enabled us to purchase the four year warranty!
