Can’t beat the coverage that is offered for the price it’s an excellent way to insure an expensive electronic doesn’t break

Used this service once and product was fixed, however, it did take a little longer to receive back than we anticipated.

I took in my speaker to get fixed they shipped it out got the problem resolved in a day. I thought it was fast and convenient that I can track what was being done to the speaker.

Sounds amazing. It has a good bass, connects to Bluetooth/ your phone very well. Has variety of options to play on
