One word; Professional. Don't let the name Geek or BestBuy imply that they don't know appliances or service. Our purchases were delivered on time by the Geek SQUAD. Their delivery personal i.e. Geek Squad, kept me informed by phone and e-mail every step of the way. Even called when they were 1/2 hour away so we would be ready. They took all the boxing and wrapping material with them and hooked our appliances up. Well worth the extra charge to let them hook it up and test it to make sure it works properly. Salesman in the store was also very helpful and helped us make sure we were getting the best deal available by checking on line for us, right in front of us. They sent a survey back after the service and I give them an A+++++ rating.

Great sound, easy set up. Have had no issues during last year and half.

Geek Squad never needed. But the integrated is A+ The phono amp in the unit sounds better than the amp I bought for an old receiver that didn’t have a built-in, and that was a $300 pro-Ject that sounded great before I got the Denon. Bluetooth sounds better than expected as well. Great for the price, and pretty great compared to my better equipment that’s 4 figures each (amp, preamp, turntable). $ for $ this is better, overall it’s no competition and shouldn’t be. Def recommend

Awesome sound, easy setup through an app. I have owned this for a year now with no major issues. Using optical as a connection . Worth every dollar you soend on it if your looking for that upgrade in sound.

Add that extra piece of mind to know product is back up by the best.

I received a full refund for my open box purchase Sony 7.2 4K channel receiver that had lost the ability to give out sound signals to my speakers. This was my favorite receiver that i purchase over a year ago or more as an open-box item. Geek Squad services has always and will always be a major security warranty blanket for all your important electronic items/equipment in the case you may need a repair, replace an item if not fixable or get a refund on all your major important electronic purchases. In some cases, you can exchange item for another of equal value or even a different higher brand with a store manager approval base on the item selling price.

I have purchased the Geek Squad Protection for a number of items over the years, but I had only needed it once. I had purchased a coffee maker for about $160 and it lasted me about 22 months before it stopped working. I forgot that I had purchased the Geek Squad Protection for it, but I found my contract information in my e-mail after a simple search. I brought the coffee maker to my local Best Buy store, explained my situation to the returns associate, showed my contract number, and I was given a refund for the purchase price of the coffee maker. Fortunately, a newer model of the coffee maker was available at $10 less than what I had previously paid and I also received a $15 gift card as part of a promotion for purchasing that particular coffee maker. And, yes, I did purchase the Geek Squad Protection again for my new coffee maker.

4 year protection is ok but definitely is not as good as their 5 year protection however it is significantly better than their 3 year protecrion
