Havent needed the Geek Squad yet. But I will say that the associates were very helpful in finding the right TV for me.

Can’t beat the service from the geek squad especially Carlos in Dubuque Iowa is the best service and goes out of his way to work with you

Best Buy extended coverage is a must for your TV. If you don't get it, your investment is not protected. What are you doing, man?! BUY IT.

Always will be helpful. You will never know when you will have an underlying problem/issue with the product.

Haven't needed them yet for my TV but they were great when I bought my computer and needed them. I know it will be the same if problems occur with my TV.

Always purchase the Protection plans .Well worth the money. Any issues , just take it in , it’s that simple.

I almost always purchase the Protection plan. The "Geek Squad" protection is the one I prefer. Knowledgeable staff, prompt service. Great people to deal with.
