    Geek squad support is amazing and I recommend you purchase this for all electronics, especially your cell phones. They stand by their warranty and don't make you jump through hoops to use the service.

    the extended warranty protection plan is well worth the money .i have used it in the past for a product and the storee gave me great service with my money back towards a new purchase.i was very happy.

    Geek squad has been so helpful for my husband and I. We both are not techie, and the help of the Geek squad has been wonderful. Highly recommend.

    This is the best protection plan out there. It not only covers the Xbox series X but the controller as well and that's why I stuck with Best Buy.

    You can never be sure with new technology so I always buy the 5 year warranty. Products today are built to last like they did once before so a warranty is a must....save thousands or waste thousands?

    I purchased a Sony 65" television at a great price and purchased the added protection plan for piece of mind in case there were any issues beyond the manufacturers warranty. This covers things like burn in issues.

    My better judgment was clouded when I purchased this plan, because immediately preceding its purchase, a TV that I bought open boxed the year prior and did not hook up until the 1 year warranty had lapsed, ended up having an HDMI input that did not function upon first use. Under normal circumstances I would assume that a new television not purchased on Black Friday or the like would easily go two years without any issues. I am close to the end of the 2 year coverage period for a television. If I do not end up using it then the plan was a bad choice, but the TV was was a good choice. If I do end up using it then the plan was a good choice, but the TV was a bad choice. Pretty standard when it comes to insurance.

    Sharp tv are better

    I know there are better deals on other unheard of Chinese brands but I went to teh Best Buy store to see the difference. For a $20 difference this is a way better deal, it is like the brand says Sharp. Insignia, Hisense kind of branded tv don't even come close, they look faded and washed out.

    the only thing i didn't care for is that it took a few days before a tech could help me but when he did, he was very good, informative & polite. i'm glad i signed up with the geek squad!
