I don't recommend anyone to get Geek Squad service for their TV only because they changed what the insurance company will cover. They no longer cover if a TV is damaged by accident from a fall due to small children. Or cracked screens. They only cover if the TV have manufacturer issues inside of the TV. So once its broke by a child, which is the most reason why anyone would do a insurance claim, dont expect to get it fix. You’ll have to buy a new one. Any other Geek Squad service yes. Just not on TV's

I called a couple times for assistance and they were helpful and professional

so far so good. Hasnt been a year yet, but seems to be doing ok in all my computers

i have not had to use the service contract, but it is nice to know i have one.

I bought this 85” QN90D open-box TV and picked it up in-store. It was poorly packaged, had no accessories, and the screen was damaged from the start. I spoke to over 15 agents in-store, on Twitter, and through Best Buy chat — all said I was responsible and refused to help. Only one agent finally issued a return label after weeks of stress. It took 21 days to get my refund. Be extremely careful with open-box items. Customer support depends entirely on who you get — and most won't listen.

If you have any issues. Their willing to help you out and fix your product.

Expensive and haven't used it yet but I have only had the tv a few months

Just knowing the TV is covered gives some piece of mind.

This was purchased to cover a 50 inch TV. It was a little pricey, but worth the coverage.

Just purchased the plan, not planning on using it LOL!

the geek squad is a great protection plan to have.

I just go to Best Buy and they look it up if I need it so no problem or anything

I bought the extra protection for 4 years cause you never know what could happen

i dont want to worried about have any problem with me this tv down the line.

Protects you if anything happens to your tv. Make sure you keep the receipt.

I had a few only questions and things got resolved.

Easy to sign up good price hopeful never have to use, will keep u updated.
