I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad Protection but cancelled the service because I returned the television that I bought it for.

Customer service has been nothing but the best! They have been quick and helped by answering all of my questions.

Nice picture and sound for the price can't be beat. Navigation can be a bit of a pain. Overall good buy!!!

It’s great to get a protection with your electronics to protect it

I have not needed the geek squad for this purchase and hopefully I wont but i have in the past and it was helpful.

Geek squad service is Amazing I never use to buy these protection plans but when I started buying more expensive TVs/Soundbars I decided to pay for the protection if Anything breaks or needs to be replaced it’s free of charge geek squad is A must have

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad Service on an item in a while but when I have I've been pleased with the customer service.

The agent, Dulani, was great. Came out pretty quickly, recognized the issue, and set the wheels in motion for a rapid resolution. Money well spent!

Thanks for the fine folks at the Florence Best Buy. We have bought so many appliances and TVs and more and we always take the five year warranty. We’ve only had to use the warranty twice over 20+ years. But it’s always nice having peace of mind, if anything does happen.

Best service you can get only from Geek Squad with high quality

Peace of mind for an expensive purchase. I've seen to many videos of dogs, cats, & children breaking TV's.

With risk of burn in, it is always a great idea for protection with these pricey OLED TVs

Got the extended warranty on my new TCL. Well worth the money in my opinion as I am not familiar with the brand coming from an LG.

Geek squad arrived on time, did a wonderful install on our 65" screen, wall mounted, with sound bar, providing explainations as they proceeded.

I have always gotten extended warranty's. Best Buy and Geek Squad make this warranty worth having. I have had some trouble with the last three Samsung TV's that I have bought. All of them were replaced under warranty and the team at Best Buy and Geek Squad were great help when it came time to use my warranty. I can't stress enough how valuable it is to have an extended warranty. Its an added cost but the sense of security outweighs that cost.

Really glad we got the protection. It’s so worth it for a piece of mine.
