Great Protection Plan for a good price for my device.

When I call Geek Squad and told them that the delivery man just came and dropped off the TV without helping me set it up, they told me not to worry that he would have them turn around to help me set it up, and that put my mind at ease that I made the right decision but getting this warranty.

THE AGENT CAME TO SEE WHAT MY ISSUE WAS WITH MY TV HE WAS EXCELLENT IN EXPLAINING THE ISSUES BEFORE ME AND WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE ALL ,I DID HAVE TO UPDATE A FEW THINGS SO I HAD PRE-PURCHASED THE POSSIBLE ISSUE ITEMS AND WAS A GOOD THING CAUSE WE DID USE THEM AND DIDN'T HAVE TO COME BACK ALL DONE IN ONE VISIT,

Getting the geek squad protection is the best thing you can do for all your tech purchases. Now says it seems like everything is either broke or I need help with it and the squad is there for me when I need help.

Went into the store with a tv that had a protection plan it wasnt working properly they exchanged i walked out with a new one and was 100% satisfied and will continue to shop with best buy

I bought this for my mother when she had her new TV set up. She has already used it and the service has been great. I think they helped her set up her hearing aids to connect to the TV and have helped with other functional things she did not know how to do. Very happy with service.

I normally purchase warranties on all the products I buy, but never use them and the warranties then expire. My television had a screen issue, called geek squad, geek squad came to service my television, geek squad could not fix the problem, television was then exchanged using the warranty. Great warranty!

GEEK SQUAD it always a great servicevto have for purchases.

We had a 2 warranty and had to use it two months before it expired got a full refund for original purchase and was able to buy a new tv the same day !!!!!! Great service

My last tv had a problem nearly immediately after purchase. The Geek Squad replaced the hardware boards and the tv was fine for as long as I expected it to last.
