I couldn’t get customer support for a ThinQ App from LG. Good thing that I bought Geek Squad support. They were able to help replace the TV in home. The only negative was it took ONE MONTH for them to get to my home. I’m still waiting. Slooooow.

The TV i bought is a gift for my sister in law. She moved in to a new apartment and she loves her new tv.

We have had Geek Squad for quite a few years now and they do very good work. If they can fix it they will. And if they can't fix it they will tell you that also. We took in an old computer and they told us they couldn't fix it. That's the way it should be. It's worth the money you spend for it.

They are always there available, helpful and informative on issues that arise. I am lucky that I haven't had to use them too often but they are good at what they do.
