I generally do not purchase protection plans. But, I wanted the piece of mind and the extended warranty when I purchased my new TV.

I went ahead and purchased this extra 2 year protection plan as I do on certain items I purchase at Best Buy. They will fix or replace with no questions asked. Better safe then sorry.

I have not gotten a chance to use this yet but expect great results, If it is backed by BB then I support it

The Geek Squad were great. Very paisaint with me because I had trouble with my cable. I want to thank both of them for being so caring thoughtful.

The agents came and looked at my TV and tryed to fix it. Couldnt so we got a credit of use in the store or on line. Good job.
