Geek squad is amazing and Best Buy has treated me so well through the whole buying process. Even having to return a couple defective TVs. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this because of the white glove service. Even with other options like SquareTrade available.

I always purchase the extra protection for my electronics. I’ve used it in the past and it paid off well!

never had a 4k tv ever but this was an amazing purchase

I am so grateful that I got this 5-year Best Buy geek squad because my TV started faltering after about 4 and 1/2 years and I called Best Buy and they replaced it immediately with a better TV

Haven't had to use it yet, however I have never had an issue with using warrany services with Bedt Buy!!

Never had to use it with my TV,I did use it to replace some Skullcandy headphones, though,it was useful.

Worth the purchase. Has been excellent since day 1

I hope to never need this service, but if I do, it is nice to know that I don't have to haul the TV in for service, it will be repaired in my own home!

I usually get the geek squad protection whenever I buy anything. I made a mistake one time and didn’t get it and lo and behold. I needed it and I will never purchase anything with a big dollar value without the geek squad protection ever again.

We have had 2 use this feature 1 time on a vacuum and i have to say, the simplicity of replacement is worth the price. Our 1,5 year old Dyson gave up the ghost and we had to tap our 2 year coverage we added. All i had to do is drive down to the store and pick up a brand new Dyson. Done. Can't ask for more.

Our tv's soind went on the fritz roght before my parents came in town. Nick helped us out over the phone to find a similar tv, but we couldnt confirm the availability of it in-store. I went in-person, scheduled a pickup delivery of the defective tv and picked up the replacement tv while I was there. Jason and Jennifer were awesome helping me out. Kim also called me to see how things went so far with the whole process. The return pickup was quick, but the credit took the longest...if you can help it, wait to have the Delivery team pickup the defective tv and replace your tv so you dont have to wait for any credit/refund. Based on your circumstances, you may not be able to go this route, but be prepared to wait a bit. Whenever I called the Support line to get an update, I was surprised that the information was slightly different each time.

I had some issues with my television, due to an update on when updating the software. Finally, after some time the manufacturer sent out a tech to remove some hardware on my tv and replace it. My warranty did not start till within a year from the purchased date. And that is ok, my television is still on and taken care of either way... It just took a couple of days like 30-45 days due to scheduling and procedures with the manufacturer. However, it saved me a couple hundred dollars...

It is nice to know my son's tv is protected. Never know what may happen

So worth it. This was on my parents old TV I bought them. TV was about 4 year old and started getting dark spots. Geek squad had me send pictures and approved replacement. They came out and delivered the new TV and removed the old. Would always suggest either the individual plan or the plan that covers all purchases, both are a good value
