Read all the reviews that I could find on my upcoming 4k tv purchase including the bad ones and decided I needed coverage. Lemons are possible with any purchase. As with any other insurance hopefully I'll never need it but its great peace of mind at an affordable price.

I love this protection, i have not yet had to use them for anything. But i know they are there if something goes wrong. Have had a experience of not having this protection in the past and a 3D vizio tv went out just after the 3rd year. So i say BUY this protection.

I always buy the protection plans on everything that I buy from best buy and they are always worth it. I bought one item without a plan and it was a huge mistake....

Our 4K TV display died at 3 years 9 months, Geek Squad sent a team to evaluate, reviewed options, offered to replace unit. New one arrives Tomorrow.

Had a small problem setting it up because I only have an antenna. Called support and got it running. Love the picture and a great price as well.

`This is a must have if you make a large dollar purchase if you buy a tv (depending on size) will come to the house and fix it, if they can't they give you the full dollar amount you spent to get a new one! I wouldn't buy a lot of tech items without this!

Had warranty on my tv and they was going to replace it but they didn’t have the same model anymore so they gave us 1,000 store credit! So we used it for another TV! Amazing!

Geek squad service is a good way to add extra protection for your devices

We began to experience issues with our tv. The wifi would not connect internally. Geek squad replaced our tv with no hassle.

Used them in december when my old computer died. The did a diagnostic and determind the motherboard was bad and were able to transfer everything to anew computer.

Geek squad is a definite plus. It’s something I like to have available to me if I need it. It’s worth the subscription.

Even though i have not had to use them on my recent purchase, I did have a problem with a tv that i did not buy the protection for which was past the two week period after purchase. I went to the store and spoke with a manager of the TV Section. He sent the geek squad out to my house and they got me hooked up with Samsung to fix the problem..No charge.
