I got this for the TV I purchased so that I ensure its covered. The only downside I see is that its a little pricey in comparison to what's been offered at other marketplace like costco.

I havent had to use this so im not sure how to review it

Easy to get questions answered by the Geek Squad. They are very patient and can talk you through what to do to fix the problem. Wouldn't buy a major purchase without it!

I hate purchasing extended warranties but today it's a 50/50 shot with electronics. This was a big purchase so I sucked it up and got it.

We bought this for a previous DLP tv from bestbuy and used it only once but it paid for itself in that one service call. Can't be too safe on a big purchase. Insurance policy!

Purchased the 5 year plan for my new tv. Didn't get it on my last tv which went out after the manufacturers warranty. Good to have the peace of mind if I ever have to use it.

More protection means more happiness and more value for money, I personally suggest this as a product/protection to accompany with your all costly electronic purchases.

You got have some insurance for the price of the tv, if it past 2 years u got your money worth.
