Any repair is costly and returns for failed equipment can be painful. I purchased the longest amount of time (5 yr) because it is just good insurance. I only wish it covered accidental failure, like you can get on other types of equipment.

I have used Geek Squad protections plans for as long as I can remember. For anything of high dollar value it is imperative to get the protection plan. I have had to use it a few times in the past and they went above and beyond for the service I needed.

As with other protection plans we have been satisfied with the assistance and helpfulness that they have always provided when we had an issue. We would always recommend purchasing a service plan.

Products these days are not built to last, so this is a great policy for those who are worried about their new product failing after its manufactures standard warranty

Purchased a 5 year contract for my new bedroom TV. Good value for 5 Years protection on a large TV. Includes in home service for a set as large as mine. Well worth it as far as I am concerned.

These guys showed up EARLY on the scheduled delivery date. That is the first time I have experienced that. The were quick and tidy.

Great if your tv goes out bad if it doesn't lol wish it covered more like if the software becomes buggy over time after updates but sadly it doesn't

Being covered is worth it especially when you don’t have to cone out if your pocket spending to much money

I had purchased a 43 inch Samsung TV about two and a half years ago along with the protection plan. The TV stopped working properly, I contacted the Geek Squad no problem they gave a full refund for the TV.

Bought this for my new QD OLED TV, I hope nothing happens to it but will be good for the peace of mind.

The PIR like a Plinko chip. Had many, cannot recall an electronic s use but they did fix a Samsung Fridge......weird door hinge stuff..BB geeks did fix it in a few stops finally.

Haven't used this yet probably never will but it's a good thing to have just in case

Need if you are getting something electronic for a young one or and open box item.

Manager was very informative at the store in helping me to choose this service plan.
