I've never had to use it but friends of mine have and they said that Geek Squad is awesome

This is a great (refundable) option if you want protection. Bought it for my last TV and when we relocated and left the TV behind, Best Buy prorated my refund and I got a good chunk of change back, so my warranty fee wasn't wasted on something I no longer owned! Great way to go for peace of mind protection.

Always good to have a back up for your electronics.

I got the 2 year plan when I bought my tv. Hope I never have to use it, but it's there if I need it.

We have purchased this coverage on another TV and it really paid off for us! The TV had a defect after 3 years of use and this protection coverage replaced it. Of course the model was discontinued so they gave us another TV... for the same amount we had paid 3 years earlier! We were upgraded to a state of the art TV with all the bells and whistles! It is worth investing in this coverage!! We will always purchase it for our high end purchases!

Haven't had to use Geek Squad yet for any broken items but have purchased open box items in the past that they have certified and the items are always exactly as described so they seem to know how to rate items and what comes with and how to use a device. Geek Squad was also instrumental with getting me a refund on an installation gone bad on my dishwasher (note - Geek Squad wasn't the installer).

Hope you don't need it but 5 years covers it. My Vizio panel went bad after 4years 10 months, 5 Year got me into my new LG without having to pay hardly anything out of pocket! Was easy to call and initiate with Best Buy, had a new TV next day.

Always protect your technology, you never know if you got a lemon or the product goes out before your protection ends. Geek squad will be there to assist, and they have great customer service.

Always a good idea. Murphy’s Law never disappears. Decent price for lots of peace that you are covered just in case.

I've got 5 tvs on the house, all 5 samsung. If I had to buy another one, ot will be samsung. My phone is samsung. Just the best brand in the US

Great service. They chose to replace my tv rather than fix. Got an upgraded tv at no additional cost. Team that brought the new tv to my home was very punctual and communicative through the process. Highly recommend

It was an easy transaction. I went to the store with a printed sheet of the TV I want it. The salesperson only had to look on line and ordered it for me.
