Always get the extended warranty. This is my third TV that I’ve been able to use the warranty value toward a new TV.

I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.

After spending more than I care to admit on an OLED TV, having this peace of mind is what really drove me to pull the trigger. It's the most expensive for OLED protection, but covers burn in, unlike the other guys, so it's a good investment imo. Haven't used them yet but I'll report back if that time comes.

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.

Great protection plan, love the geek squad. Bought the 5 year warranty for the new tv that was replaced by them when I had 2 year plan on old tv that died just before the 2 years. Highly recommend hassle free fast service.

I really like my sound bar. Great sound quality for a reasonable price. Makes me feel like I'm in a movie theater.

Good to have a little insurance and assurance when buying a pricy electronic item. It just eliminates the hassle of trying to go through the manufacturer for something that your local Best Buy can get done in a fraction of the time!

Have had the service before on an older TV. When that TV had a dead pixel they worked with me and allowed me to just replace it instead of having to wait for the TV to be sent off and wait for the factory to say it was unrepairable. Hoping if anything goes wrong this time I am treated the same.

Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.

I realize that this review is for a protection plan. But here you go. In the past when I've had to use my protection plan, I was always happy that I had it. Other companies offer protection plans but there is always the "fine print". Not here . Best Buy is Awesome with customer service and honoring this plan. Hassle-free. Buy it... just in case. you never know when you might need it.

Offers great coverage specifically for dead and burned pixels

Haven't had to use it yet but it gives you piece of mind. I have used it on other purchases at Best Buy and they are great with it. It even covers dead pixels. The new TV's can go at any time and is good to know it is covered for five years.

Geek squad serviced my tv. Weren’t able to fix so they gave me store credit for old tv and I was able to purchase a new tv for no cost. Awesome!

Haven't had to use it. Will use if need to. I know other people who have used it and said that they wre please with them.
