I Love Geek Squad protection plans. I buy it when ever I buy something from Best Buy. Last month I took in my TV because it was freezing & disconnecting, I had the protection plan & was able to get a new tv. Geek Squad agent was very nice & helpful. I highly recommend getting the Geek Squad Protection Plan!

i would not be without this protection had problem with tv geek squad could not fix due to parts no longer available gave me credit for replacement tv no hassle helpful agents at boardman store geek squad members were outstanding i plan on getting this protection for all future items purchased at best buys

TVs are great i e had for 2 yrs (knocking on wood as i say this) i have had no problems with them at all. Awesome picture quality and great volume. Easy to set up to internet and even easier to set up chrome cast for family movie night.

Always worth buying the extra protection. Our $1000 TV had some issues and Geek Squad was very responsive, techs were very nice. In the end, we needed a new TV and we were within the protection plan requirements so we had it replaced... with a NEW TV, none of this refurbished nonsense. Highly recommended.

I was unsure about if Geek Squad coverage was worth it but i've been very pleased.

I bought 3 laptops last fall. Had an issue with mine a month in...called Geek squad, fixed online! Yay! My wife had an issue shortly after, Geek Squad fixed it online! My laptop lost a solid state hard drive. No online fix here, but I took it to the store,quick diagnostic,mailed off and returned to my home in a week fixed. This waS $ well spent. Geek Squad Rocks!

Haven’t needed it yet but if I do I got another three-four years left in my warranty!

I was so happy with the help I received... I had actually just opened my TV, almost two years after I bought it. It didn't even turn on.... They knew what to do... Thnx Guys

Delivery was like a white glove service. They were on time exactly what I was told. We had a cart for them to use, but they carried it to my room. It was not their first rodeo.

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

I have the plan in case I need it, these days products last a lot longer than in the past.

The agent was so patient & helpful. Answered all my queries. Took so much time with me. I really felt like a valued customer.

I had such a pleasant man come and bring my tv. He was very knowledgeable about it. He kept me updated when he was going to be arriving and where he was at in his schedule.

Went into the store with a tv that had a protection plan it wasnt working properly they exchanged i walked out with a new one and was 100% satisfied and will continue to shop with best buy

Geek squad is the the best warranty on the market.

I bought this to protect my OLED TV. Best Buy has the only warranty that protects against burn-in, which is the greatest problem with OLED TVs. This will give me piece of mind. Although, I would like to give this five stars just for the potential coverage, I will not know how good the coverage is until I need it. The coverage was expensive, so I can only give it four stars for now.

This service really puts me at ease when buying a brand I'm not familiar with. When looking for a new TV, I read good reviews and the price was awesome but the manufacture was new to me. I felt comfortable enough to buy it because I had this service backing it up for the new few years.

Really a must have for any device that you have. Recommended.
