I bought my TV in 2021, and it started to act up, and the screen started dying. I took it back to Best Buy, and they returned it with NO issues.

He was very proffessional. He was very friendly and nice. It didnt take him very long at all to put up wall mount. And he also hooked the tv up to the wall mount. It looks really good. I was very impressed.

I had an e pensive tv go out after 2 years and had no protection insurance. I just purchased a 75” Sony and won’t let that happen again! I have covered this investment for 5 years! I have had Geek squad on my computers for years and have been well pleased. I have faith they will repair or replace my tv if a problem occurs after the original first year warranty

I purchased this protection on my Roku tv in case it should quit working properly like my last tv did when I hadn't even had it 6 months. I had the protection plan on it also so it covered the cost of my new tv.

The best warranty in the business hands down. If buying an expensive product, well worth spending a little extra for the extended warranty. Especially worth it for oled tvs.

I just love the idea of a 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan. It covers everything including lightening. We live in Florida so that could be important. I do hope I never need to use this reasonably priced product!

I was a fool for not buying this service before so i made sure that I did so this time. Eventhough my TV is rated well in quality and lifespan you just never know

When you consider that any television over 50" must be serviced in the house (can't be returned to the store for service). This 5 year warrantee for $50 was an easy purchase.

A must add on with new equipment. Even if you don’t even use it, it’s worth it for the peace of mind.

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.

We picked up the television and installed ourselves. Super easy, except for configuring the television remote with the cable remote volume.
